Also wanted to say how happy i am with the new white wood grain pvc-u windows.

Before you installed my windows they used to rattle and i could hear the traffic coming from way down the street (as you know i live on a very busy road) and the volume on my TV had to be fairly loud. Now the traffic softly rumbles by and i barely notice it.

The product is brilliant as well, i really don't notice that it isn't wood, it looks great and so easy to keep.

I was also very impressed with the lads that did the installation, Matt & Neale - they did everything possible to keep the place tidy and they were really amicable.

Dear Mr. Cork

I wanted to drop you a line to say just how absolutely delighted both my wife and I are with the excellent job your firm has done in replacing my existing double glazed windows with your new double glazing from You Choose.

The house looks great with perfect "line of sight" windows, and internally we have already noticed that the house is much warmer inside and we have turned down our heating thermostat by 2 degrees, saving both heating and decorating costs as a consequence.

I must say that I was most impressed with the whole "You Choose experience" from your initial sales presentation to the final installation.

Being able to see firsthand the different styles and qualities of double glazing available and understanding the resultant price differentiation according to quality and affordability is important for all clients to access, as they can compare and contrast cost and quality according to their budget. Being a window broker enables you to provide your clients with a much greater choice of product and we were so pleased that we decided on paying a little more by having a better quality product as the detail and finish is excellent and worth that additional extra cost. We were also glad that we took your advice with the front door which was of concern for my wife, who was delighted with your choice of glazing, accessories and the end result.

However, without doubt the most important part of the whole process is the quality of the installation carried out by your fitters. I have had double glazing fitted on a couple of different houses in the past and I must say that the 2 guys that work for you,Matt and Neale, are by far the best fitters I have seen and are an absolute credit to you and your company.

As you know you started fitting my job at the start of the New Year and despite the appalling weather conditions, with deep snow and ice, they turned up as promised without fail every single day for the 8 days the installation took to finish. They were polite, respectful, cleaned up daily, trust worthy and could be left to their own devices.. Nothing was in fact too much trouble for them and they caused no damage whatsoever to either my internal and external decorations.

I understand that these guys have worked for you for over 8 years and have been in the industry for well over 10 years. They clearly have a very healthy respect for you, your company and the job that they do, and is full testament to you Mr. Cork and the fact that you are obviously a good contractor. As a consequence of this respect your guys are a great ambassador for you and your company, and I know that my neighbours were most impressed with their dedication and commitment to carry on working despite some extreme weather conditions, and once they saw the finished product I understand that there have been several enquiries from neighbours that you are now following up and I wish you every success in turning their enquiries into more sales.

Dear Tim

We were looking to change our old wooden sliding sash windows at the front of our Victorian terraced house, which included a 3 part bay and two bedroom windows.

Initially I wanted a replacement double glazed hardwood product, as I wanted the new windows to be in keeping with the period of the property.

I had been introduced to Tim Cork of You Choose through a business network.

Tim came round and had a look at the property and showed me two sample products that he recommended, one was a replacement hardwood sliding sash and the other was a new product, a white woodgrain pvc-u sliding sash product.

I must say I wasn't really interested in pvc-u until I saw this product, which looked very like the original wooden windows, except that it was maintenance free and of course much less expensive.

In the end, we decided to go for the white woodgrain product and I was very pleased with the result.

So much so that I then came back a few months later to replace a couple of our back windows too.

I must say that Tim's approach and the professional and friendly fitters, Matt & Neale, were excellent.

I would definitely recommend You Choose to others.

Dear Tim

Thanks for a wonderful job on our front windows and door. The result is exactly the high quality finish we were after and neighbours have all commented on how authentic they look. To get double glazed stained glass fanlights (with the minster effect - I still call it bobble glass) and the choice of colours has really made it look special. The house is so much warmer too. Overall, our windows now combine modern comforts and security with the original look on the street.

Matt and Neale were really good in taking our comments on board - we are detail fanatics as you know (!) - and they discussed all our queries and were happy to resolve any of our requests (e.g. we decided that we would prefer Banham door locks - a bit late in the process once the Yale door locks were already fitted - and they were able to replace with Banham). They were also really tidy and thoughtful given that our second daughter was only a week old at the time!

We will definitely have you back to sort out the back of the house later this year. Seeing as you have such a choice of options available I would be interested to discuss the wooden-looking-pvc option seeing as these windows do not face onto the street.

I just wanted to write to thank you for the service I received from You Choose. Even though my new windows have only been in for a couple of weeks now, I am already noticing how much warmer, quieter and less drafty the flat is.

You Choose were recommended to me by a friend, and I am glad that I took her advice. Your initial consultation with me was professional and well informed, and I was really pleased that you didn't put on the "hard sell" or talk too much jargon.

Once I had made my choices, I was extremely pleased that you were able to arrange the survey, manufacture, and installation of my windows all before Christmas. The fitters were punctual, friendly and extremely efficient. The windows look great and there is no redecorating or repair work to be done around the frames.

Dear Tim

I would like to thank you for the pleasant and efficient service provided by You Choose.

I first came accross your company in relation to two flats I own in a development of eight flats. The Resident's Committee wanted to replace the 1950's windows, and You Choose gave the most competitive quote for the quality of window required. At first, I was reluctant to do so, but I am pleased I did as the overall effect was to substantially improve the look of the building, enhance the value of the flats, and my tenants are very happy with the results.

Subsequently, I used You Choose to replace the old Crittal windows in my own home. It was important to have thin thermally broken frames and equal sight lines with no fanlights. My wife and I are very pleased with the end result. Every aspect from the quote, choice of window, efficient installation, and ease of operation and cleaning of the windows, both inside and outside, has been first class. I would also mention the fitters themselves who were very efficient, cleaned up and were pleasant to have arround.

I found You Choose to be very efficient and customer focussed to work with.
I had a number of questions before selecting You Choose and Tim was very patient in talking me through all the options available.

I have to say that I am absolutely delighted with my pvc-u white woodgrain sliding sash windows! They look good and are keeping me warm - as well as provoking envious comments from my neighbours.
Neale and Matt, who fitted the windows, did a great job. Very quick (completed in less time than they estimated), professional and clean.

Not only that but again You Choose showed that their main concern was to ensure that I was delighted with my windows. When I expressed a concern (as it turns false) over the glazing chosen for one window they were quick to assure me that it would be easy to change and they would be happy to do so if I wished.
All in all a pleasure to work with and the finished result looks great!

My house in St. Georges Hills has a distinctive appearance so I was very concerned that my replacement windows should look identical to the original ones. I needed to have no worries as even my grown up children didn't spot the change until they noticed the lack of drafts.

The guys were friendly, tidy and best of all quick. It was all over before I knew it.

They arrived promptly did what had to be done including taking down the curtains, moving furniture and covering up. Installed the new windows, tidied up taking away the rubbish, put everything back in place and it was finished.

I have no hesitation in recommending You Choose to my colleagues at Citizens Advice as I am confident that there will be no complaints.
