White woodgrain pvc-u sliding sash

This clent had traditional old wooden sliding sash windows and was keen to replace them with a traditional hardwood double glazed sliding sash.

We showed him both the traditional hardwood slifding sash and also our new white woodgrain sliding sash product.

He was so impressed with both the look and the price of the white woodgrain pvc-u product that he chose that one, even though he was adamant that he definitely didn't want pvc-u!

These windows came with height restrictors so that the windows can be kept slightly open without posing a security risk.

We also replaced the internal architraving and windowboard with white hardwood, see pictures.

We were looking to change our old wooden sliding sash windows at the front of our Victorian terraced house, which included a 3 part bay and two bedroom windows.

Initially I wanted a replacement double glazed hardwood product, as I wanted the new windows to be in keeping with the period of the property.

I had been introduced to Tim Cork of You Choose through a business network.

Tim came round and had a look at the property and showed me two sample products that he recommended, one was a replacement hardwood sliding sash and the other was a new product, a white woodgrain pvc-u sliding sash product.

I must say I wasn't really interested in pvc-u until I saw this product, which looked very like the original wooden windows, except that it was maintenance free and of course much less expensive.
